Sandra Baah
Founder of London Links consultancy that provides a community with bespoke training, information and guidance. I am Regional manager for a Home Office funded service supporting YP involved in County Lines and Criminal Exploitation. I have over 10 years experience working within criminal/youth justice, homelessness, children and family work and more recently as mentioned YP being exploited by County Lines and gangs.
My work consists of supporting male, female and families that require transparent, honest and robust ways of working. These complex, vulnerable and misunderstood individuals need guidance, advice and just consistency in order to thrive and progress in London. I have knowledge and experience of engaging with statutory services from social care, probation and police services. I provide consultancy support to a national parents forum based in Hackney on a variety of community issues.
In addition, I am a Appropriate Adult that supports children or vulnerable adults who have been arrested and detained in police custody, and hold a Level 3 in Safeguarding and Complex harm.
