The definition of leadership is to influence, inspire and help others become their best selves, building their skills and achieving goals along the way.
Good communication is a crucial aspect of leadership. In this section, participants will learn about different communication styles, how to communicate effectively, and how to give and receive feedback.
Effective leaders know how to manage their time and prioritize tasks. In this section, participants will learn about time management strategies, such as creating to-do lists, setting priorities, and managing distractions.
Setting and achieving goals is an important part of leadership. Participants will learn how to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals and how to create action plans to achieve those goals.
Leadership often involves working with and leading teams. Participants will learn about team dynamics, how to build trust, how to motivate team members, and how to resolve conflicts.
Leaders often need to make tough decisions. This section will cover decision-making strategies, such as gathering information, weighing options, and considering the consequences.
The workshop will end with a summary of what was covered and a discussion of how participants can apply what they learned in their personal and professional lives. Participants will create an action plan for their leadership development.
